Cerner Clinical Documentation Implementation Analyst – Contract to Hire

Are you looking to settle down into a long-term position but can’t relocate? This is your opportunity to do that! My Arizona based is looking for a Cerner Clindoc Implementation Analyst for Contract to Hire.  The role is 25% remote so relocation is NOT required. When you are on site, the hospital locations are in warm and sunny CA, AZ and NV.

Job Description:
Implementation Experience is critical at this stage, familiar with all phases of a project and able to support those phases. Implementation experience should be stressed as we need someone who can hit the ground running and is also comfortable with implementation work (very different than day to day clinical department work). Also, needs to have good communication and customer service skills and work well under pressure of timelines, etc.

Requirements:
• Background working with Rehab or Respiratory (does not need to be one but has worked directly with one of those areas)
• Worked clinically with Cerner for 5 years or worked on Cerner in a hospital IT department or implementations for over 5 years
• Ideally has knowledge of the build (tasks, orders, charges, medication)
• Has worked with interfaces (understands workflow, does not need DICOM or HL7, but has heard of them and can speak to the process)
• Experience with phases of Implementation, Plan, Design, Build, Train, etc (preferably has worked on an Implementation project or has been involved with any project roll out)
• Understands self-direction and prioritization (would need to develop questions to drill down)
